After the delivery of your product, all exchange and return requests will be governed by our Terms of Use, in addition to the following Exchange & Return Policies. We sincerely hope that you are thrilled with your order, but if you encounter any issues related to size, fit, or product defects that leave you unsatisfied, we are more than willing to initiate an exchange or refund process.

    1. Exchange & Return Process-
        • We have a hassle-free Exchange/Return Policy to make things easy for you. You can request an exchange or return for clothing items (excluding Accessories) within 7 days from the date of product delivery. 

    1. Terms & Conditions of Exchange & Return-
        • The returned product should be fresh, unwashed, unaltered, and unused with the tags intact as it will be checked at our end.

        • Returns and exchanges are allowed with products of the same price or higher

        • Accessories cannot be exchanged

    1. Exchange & Return-

    1. To request an exchange or return on www.guruvarethnics.com, please log in to your user account and navigate to the “My Orders” section.

    1. Once we receive your request, we’ll arrange for a return pick-up. Ensure that the product is properly wrapped and meets the following conditions: it must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed, and all tags must remain intact.

    1. If you’re in an area where return pick-up services are available through our courier partners, please follow these steps:
        • Properly wrap the product in a packet.

        • Do not seal the packet.

        • Keep the packet ready and open for a swift pickup process.

    1. Our staff will verify the product during the pickup, and a quality check will be performed at our Returns Desk/Warehouse.

    1. If return pick-up services are not available in your location, you can arrange for a self-return by courier. Please make sure to mention the Order ID and Return ID on the package.

    1. We value your satisfaction and aim to make the exchange/return process as smooth as possible.

    1. For all self-shipped returns, you will be duly reimbursed for the shipping costs (the maximum amount reimbursable is Rs. 150 per order). You must share a scanned copy of the courier bill/receipt with us at support@guruvarethnics.com

    1. The courier bill/receipt should satisfy the following conditions for successful processing:
        • It should contain the weight of the return product

        • Origin (residential/office) address, destination address, shipment date, amount, and other details should be mentioned

        • The information on the receipt should NOT be edited/over-written

        • The courier charge (amount mentioned on the receipt) should not go past the Sender-Destination-Service combination and shall be cross-checked with the courier company

    1. This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end. After the product is verified, we will process the Exchange request.

       4. Cancellation & Refund

    1. We aim to keep in stock every product displayed on our website. However, if an item is unavailable due to any reason, we will inform you via email within two (2) working days from the date of purchase. Thereafter, you will have the option of either substituting your product with the same or higher-priced product or canceling the order. In case of cancellations, a refund will be initiated accordingly.

You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped, by going into the My Accounts section of www.guruvarethnics.com and placing a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order (or before product dispatch, whichever is earlier) and your entire order amount will be refunded to the source of the payment.

    1. Refunds will be granted only in the following cases:
        1. Genuine size issues.
        2. Genuine quality issues.
        3. Packages lost in transit.
        4. If a wrong item has been delivered to you.

    1. No refunds will be given in the following cases:
        1. Design and color variations
        2. Products returned in a used or damaged condition

Refunds will be made after we have received the product and duly verified it. Exceptions to the above would be made if the package has been lost in transit where the customer needs to provide the Courier slip with AWB number. 

    1. Claiming Refunds:
        1. Our refund takes around 10 to 15 working days after initiating the same. Refunds will be credited to the same account that was used for making the order payment.*

*Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple third-party agencies such as banks and payment gateways.

        1. Embroidery and Color
            1. We regard the inherent qualities of our products with utmost care and we ensure the quality of our products but due to the nature of fabrics, we do not guarantee the garment’s embroidery or any Color bleeding therein.

    1. Sizing
        1. The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric, and style of every garment. Some garments are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide available with each product to select the size or fit that is best suitable for you. Due to the nature of different fabrics the given measurement can differ marginally.

    1. Color Display
        1. We have done our best to display the Colors of the products shown on this website as accurately as possible. However, the Color of the physical products may be different from the ones displayed on the website which could be due to the settings of your monitor, or Color of your visual display, or the resolution of the image or lights used while taking the photographs of the products.

    1. Wash care
        1. We request you to read the washing instructions carefully as mentioned on the tag of the product and follow the same to avoid any damage to it.

    1. Exclusions from the Exchange & Return Policy
        1. Please note that merchandise can only be returned or exchanged if they are unused, unaltered, and have all the price tags available.

      3. Transactional Disputes

    1. Transactional Disputes if any, would be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, M.P. (India). We, as a merchant, shall be under no liability whatsoever, in respect of any loss or damages arising, directly or indirectly, from to decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the Cardholder/customer, having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by them with their acquiring bank.

    2. The Company reserves the right to amend and/or alter any of the above policy terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
